Physiological Maturation
Within
the characterization „Terrassen Spitzergraben“ all
the higher located vineyards are integrated. Especially lighter
wines get pressed from these sites. Even if the vintage
is late the mostweights are still within the reach of „Steinfeder“ or „Federspiel“,
except Chardonnay and Neuburger. But the actually more important maturity,
namely the physiological one, is high.
